Animal Control
Emily Daupinais is our Animal Control Officer.
We subscribe to a database which (if the animal is licensed) helps us to pair missing dogs with their owners. We also have a chip reader at the Station to scan for implant devices.
If the ACO is unavailable, the following procedures remain in place:
• Police officers do not respond to animals at large unless:
• the animal is menacing, vicious or injured;
• the animal poses an immediate traffic safety concern.
ANIMAL CONTROL
We are committed to providing safety for our voiceless companions! Please call our Dispatch at (603) 497-4858 if you are in need of a police response for an animal control issue.
