Elections

The Town of Weare holds its elections at the Weare Middle School, 16 East Rd. The polls are open on Election Day from 7:00am-7:00pm. 

Absentee ballot applications can be found below.  Per NH RSA 657:17-c effective September 30, 2025, voters requesting an absentee ballot must provide verification of identity using one of the following methods:

• Including a photocopy of your photo ID when mailing or emailing
• Presenting a qualifying photo ID in person to the town clerk
• Including a notarized signature on the absentee ballot application form

Absentee ballot applications can only be accepted within 6 months of the election for which it is being requested. Each election will require a new absentee ballot application and identity verification.
